FERMENTED RICE WATER; Fermented rice water is a precious ingredient for frizzy, difficult-to-manage, and frequently-washed hair. Rice is known for its beneficial properties. When soaked in water it releases amino acids, proteins and vitamins that help boost softness and shine. The water obtained from this process has a slightly acidic pH, which regulates the scalp and prevents irritation, taming hair and making it easier to comb.
